About ABSKA

ABSKA is an autonomous, all-India body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. This organization has been working for almost two decades, but was formally registered on 30 April 2025. It is an umbrella body under the auspices of which all indigenous, traditional, and ancient games and sports of our country are promoted.

This is achieved by providing affiliation to already functioning associations of conventional Indian sports and games. State-level associations are also being encouraged to get registered and affiliated with ABSKA, which is operating Pan India. The organization caters to sporting talent in both rural and urban areas of the country.

ABSKA is dedicated to the cause of codifying the rules and regulations of these traditional sports, with a view to ensuring that they can be organized in a professional manner. ABSKA also trains coaches, referees, umpires, etc., as master trainers, so that even in remote areas, sporting talent among boys and girls can be effectively supported.

Apart from providing technical support for these traditional games, ABSKA has been running mentorship programmes to ensure that the age-old culture of this country is preserved, and also restored wherever required.
